Beta testing
Run beta tests that tell you the truth.
The Centercode Platform is where product teams run their own beta tests and customer validation, with their own community of testers. One place to recruit the right people, guide them through your product, and turn what they say into a ranked list of what to fix, improve, and promote.

Your own tester community
Recruit, profile, and keep the people who know your product best, under your brand, and invite the right ones to each test.
Every kind of test
Private betas, field trials, regression, and always-on programs, with the surveys, tasks, and reports to match.
Feedback that sorts itself
Issues, ideas, and praise arrive organized, de-duplicated, and scored, so the problems that matter rise to the top.
Built for unreleased products
SOC 2 Type II, digital NDAs, role-based access, and single sign-on, so your launch stays yours until you announce it.
How it works
From plan to proof in four steps.
- 1
Plan
Set your goals, the features to test, and who should test them. Import a simple plan and the platform builds the phases for you.
- 2
Recruit
Invite your community or find new people by location, devices, and interests. Agreements are signed before anyone gets access.
- 3
Test
Testers work through activities on the web or mobile app, and an engagement assistant nudges each one at the right moment.
- 4
Act
Feedback is ranked by Impact Score, pushed to Jira or Slack, and summed up in dashboards and a daily email for the whole team.
Every issue gets an Impact Score from how serious it is and how many people hit it, so the one that matters most is first in line.

Questions
What people ask us.
Who is the Centercode Platform for?
Teams at mid-market and enterprise companies who run their own beta tests, field tests, and customer validation, and want a proven platform to do it on.
Can we use our own testers?
Yes. You build and keep your own community under your brand, and you can bring in new people through Betabound (our tester community) whenever a test needs them.
Does it work for hardware?
Yes. Testers are profiled by the devices they own and where they live, and when our team handles logistics, every unit is tracked to the person who has it.
Does it connect to Jira and Slack?
Yes. Two-way Jira sync, Slack and Salesforce connections, and a full API for everything else.
Is it secure enough for unreleased products?
Yes. The platform is SOC 2 Type II audited, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access, digital NDAs for every tester, and single sign-on on Enterprise.
What can testers use?
A web portal and native iOS and Android apps. Mobile beta builds can go out through TestFlight and Google Play.
Can your team help us run it?
Yes, as much or as little as you like: from support and a part-time platform admin to fully managed tests run by our team.
Is the platform still supported?
Yes. The Centercode Platform is maintained, supported, and offered alongside UserVolley.
