Interested members answer a short qualification survey, and the people who fit best are selected for your test.

Sign agreements
Before anyone sees your product, every tester signs a participation agreement and an NDA to keep it confidential.

Testers use your product for the length of the test, from a week to a few months, and you thank them for their time.

What people ask us.

How do you find testers who match our customers?

Members fill in detailed profiles covering who they are and the technology they own. Our team matches your criteria to those profiles, invites the people who fit, and screens applicants with a short qualification survey.

Do you pay testers?

No. Betabound testers are volunteers. We match people who care about the problem your product solves, and companies say thank you with things like the product itself, gift cards, or swag.

Will testers keep our product confidential?

Yes. Every tester we bring into a test signs a participation agreement and an NDA before they start.

Can we post our beta on Betabound without working with Centercode?

Yes, for free. Submit it on Betabound and our team reviews it. It needs to be a real beta, reasonably complete, and free to join. Collecting the feedback is up to you, or you can run it on Centercode.

Does it cost anything to be a tester?

No. Joining is free and takes about five minutes. Testers get early and exclusive betas, a say in what ships, and on many private tests they keep the product or get a thank-⁠you gift.

What happens to a tester’s personal information?

Betabound doesn’t sell it. A profile goes only to the company whose test the member chooses to join, and members can delete their account whenever they like.
